Kids & Teens Yoga
Yoga can help kids & teens establish a strong foundation of skills needed to stay centered and healthy in body, mind & heart. It helps kids & teens develop body awarenss, self-confidence, strength, balance and flexibility in a nurturing, non-competitive environment.


Family Yoga
A yoga class for kids and parents is a great way to come together as a family, to build trust and to make new discoveries about one another. Everybody can do yoga and it's fun!
