Thai Yoga Bodywork/Thai Massage
How does it work?
The aim of Thai bodywork is to release toxins and waste materials from the joints, muscles and connective tissue, and stimulate internal organs by using stretching techniques and gentle pressure .
What does it involve?
Thai massage is carried out on a cushioned mat on the floor. The practitioner uses their hands and feet to apply pressure to the client's fully-clothed body and to carry out a range of gentle stretching movements similar to yoga postures, This makes Thai massage a more interactive and engaged session than the average table massage.
Thai massage is normally carried out in silence. For the practitioner; the giving of the massage is an important meditative and spiritual practice.

Thai massage helps to relieve tension within the body and can be effectively used for pain relief. It improves the function of the lymph glands and blood circulation, and balances the nervous system. It is appropriate for a range of musculoskeletal problems including back, neck, shoulder, hip and leg pain. Thai massage is a powerful form of applied Yoga Therapy that can be modified to benefit anyone regardless of flexibility, age, or yoga background.

Thai Massage for Moms - to - Be:
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is perfect for you. Unlike many modalities, a full Thai massage session can be done lying on your side along with the usual seated position at the end. With the comfort of pillows under the head and belly, your aching lower back, swollen feet, ankles and legs can be all worked on. Come try a special 1 hour session that is only offered to pregnant women or go for a traditional hour and a half session.
Sessions:
1 hour: $75
1 1/2 hrs: $100
(The side-position is also ideal for people suffering from severe lower-back pain who can not lie on their backs comfortably.)
Private Yoga:
This is yoga designed especially for YOU! Any special requests, concerns or limitations can be accommodated. Private Sessions are best for those that have particular health issues that are difficult to address in a class. Or maybe you just want that individual attention to help with your alignment or other issues. New to the practice? A beginner private lesson is a great way to feel comfortable as you get started!
Semi-private Sessions are also available if you'd like a session with a friend or family member.
Private Session Cost: $75 hr.
Semi-Private: $45 for each

Raindrop Technique:
This treatment uses therapeutic oils to support the body's system. The oils are dropped like little drops of rain along the spine from a height of about 6 inches. The oils are gently manipulated along the spine and back muscles. They are also applied to the bottoms of the feet. The application takes just about an hour and can continue to work for up to a week following treatment

Reconnective Healing™...what is it?
The Reconnective Healing™ spectrum is comprised of the full healing and evolutionary continuum of energy light and information. It allows for healings that are not just physical, not just mental, not just emotional…yet go beyond that to bring you healing that includes the evolution of your very being and essence!
Vastly different than Reiki, Qi Gong or any other healing “technique” ever encountered. Reconnective Healing™ works outside of three-dimensional consciousness. The reality of its existence has demonstrated itself clearly in practice as well as in science laboratories.
Sessions: people
Appointments are scheduled for about 1 hour to give time to fill out the in-take form and settle in comfortably on the table and then time afterwards to de-brief your experience.
What happens in a Reconnective Healing Session?
Clothing: Dress comfortably. You will be fully clothed, shoes off, resting face-up on a padded massage table. If you have difficulty lying on your back, I will accommodate you with props.
Scents, Fragrances and Aromas:
Please arrive as free of externally added fragrances.
Jewelry, Belts, Coins, Mobile Phones, etc. Reconnective Healing is not subject to the weaknesses and frailties of “energy” healing. It doens' matter what you're wearing as long as you're comfortable.
Optimal State of Mind: Simply close your eyes and let go.
Time: Reconnective Healing sessions typically last about 30 minutes. The healings occur outside of the constraints of time and space, so more time is not better. One to three sessions are normally suggested.
Mixing: Reconnective Healing sessions are not to be mixed with energy healing techniques, toning, crystals, or other “energy” practices. Mixing the sessions with anything dilutes them and reduces them to something other than the full Reconnective Healing. Avoid “energy” work starting a few days prior to your sessions and through the week following them.
Cost: $60 per session
1-3 sessions are recommended
Another Option...A Combination session: If you'd like to combine a private yoga session or Thai massage session with a Reconnective Healing, you can. The 30 minute Reconnective Healing session would be added on to the end.
Options are...
1. At the end your yoga session in place of Savasana for an additional $50.
2. Receive a 60min. Thai massage and a 30 min. Reconnective healing (when you're already in a perfect relaxed state of mind & body) for the same price of a 90 min. Thai session.
3.Added to the end your full 90min. Thai massage session for an addtional $50.
Reconnective Sessions: animals
Cost: $45 (travel fee if more than 20min. away) Animals are very receptive to this work, so 1 session may be enough. If not and a 2nd session is needed, the fee is the same. There is no set time distance between consecutive sessions. They can be what works best with our schedules.
